
This market is probably one of the best food markets in Madrid, partially because it is so well situated.
Right in the middle of Salamanca - the luxury shopping district of Madrid where you can find the best local designers all the way to Hermes and Valentino - I love making a rest stop here for coffee or a glass of wine.
Unlike Mercado de San Miguel, where the food stalls stay open late into the night, this is a daytime market. Make sure you get there before 8pm during the week. Saturday's a half day, and Sundays they are closed.
There is a store there that sells amazing olive oil. I always get a bottle. See card below.
