Courtyard Connection

I've got a list of Hamptons recommendations, but Alpina Swiss Bakery is definitely at the top. I love their coffee — it's strong, which is exactly what I prefer.

Their pastries are exceptional, particularly the chocolate croissant with those chunky chocolate pieces rather than the typical smeared filling. The blueberry scone is another favorite, and I often get their pretzel sandwich.

Beyond the food, I love Robin and Cristoph and their entire team.

Winter Warmth 

I attended their fondue nights several times, which were absolutely wonderful. It was such a lovely experience during the colder months.

Interestingly, I went to Chamonix, France in March and tried fondue there, but Alpina's version had something special that made it even better than the experience in France.

Community Feel 

Being in this beautiful courtyard with Alpina just steps away creates this wonderful synergy. I can be teaching Pilates while watching them make the croissant I'll eat an hour later.

Having Cristoph and Robin nearby creates a genuine sense of community that enhances the entire Shadowbox Pilates experience for me and all my clients.

Her Southampton studio features specialized wooden reformers with towers and jump boards, while her popular Shadowbox in the Wild series brings classes to iconic locations like Gurney's oceanfront deck and Wölffer Wine Stand.
