For one special night, Almond Restaurant and Channing Daughters Winery are teaming up for a springtime celebration of the East End's most delicious collaborations.
Held on June 5, the five-course dinner at Almond will be paired with five of Channing Daughters’ beloved rosés, each selected to match a course rooted in the best local farms have to offer.
For this dinner, Chef Jason Weiner is drawing from his Hamptons-grown relationships to create a menu that’s playful, seasonal, and unmistakably Almond.
From herbed ricotta toast with smoked trout roe to green garlic–crusted striper and a final slice of rhubarb cornmeal pound cake, the menu features ingredients from some of the East End’s most respected growers and makers—Marilee’s, Amber Waves, Quail Hill, Balsam Farm, and more.
The wine pairings span five different vintages, each with its own story and signature note, including the 2021 Rosato Merlot (out of a 3L bottle) and a Lagrein Petillant Naturel to finish.
