I'm originally from Seattle, Bellingham, Washington actually, which is a little bit 90 miles north on the Canadian border. And lived there pretty much my whole life until I started working from home in tech. And then I realized I didn't have to work in my apartment in Seattle. One day I thought, what am I doing? Why am I sitting in my apartment for five days and not leaving when I could be anywhere in the world?
So I got on a flight to Colombia and stayed there for seven months in South America. And then I went to Peru and I stayed there for three months. And then about three weeks before I left, I met Elizabeth. She's now my wife and now we live in the Hamptons.
We came to the Hamptons in February of 2022. My brother's out here - and we were attracted to the calm and beauty of the East End.
It’s here I met Dreamy Coffee Co. owner Lynda Sylvester and we hit it off right away.
She’s put a lot of her heart into this product. I could see the vision. The coffee and branding are fantastic.
It’s an exciting time for us and Dreamy Coffee. We just opened in California with Gone Bananas Bread in Brentwood, Los Angeles. And we're looking at other spots across the country and in the Hamptons as well. The dream is expanding beyond just our local spots. We hope you will be seeing and tasting more of our coffee soon.
