By Amanda Duckstein, founder of Shadowbox Pilates:
I have to go to Amalfi Coastal Kitchen in Hampton Bays this summer. It’s right before you get to Ponquogue Bridge.
The place has a really aesthetic vibe, and it’s an amazing sunset spot.
My friend was one of the first to go as soon as they opened this season and the photos and videos she shared looked incredible.
Versatile Setting
They've created this multi-level experience with several distinct areas.
There are Adirondack chairs right on the beach for casual relaxation. They also have a covered outdoor deck for dining with protection from the elements, plus an indoor dining area for more formal meals. The entire setup is designed to maximize those waterfront views.
The Adirondack chairs on the beach I believe are first come first serve.
