Cucumber Cool

Sagaponack Farm Distillery’s cucumber vodka tastes straight from the garden because it is. To ensure the best flavors in our seasonal batches, we grow the cucumbers and pick them at their prime. Bushels upon bushels infuse our wheat vodka.

Seeds of Love 

Together with Marilee, we handpick thousands of pounds of cucumbers each season. We’ve settled on a really good English variety that works great.

They get peeled and gutted – seeds out, skins off – and then they go into our wheat vodka, where it absorbs all of that authentic cucumber flavor. Nothing artificial here. Just that fresh, clean cucumber taste.

Our Signature Cocktail

We do a lot with it in the tasting room – a splash with fresh squeezed lemonade, cucumber Bloody Marys (we call it our Garden Salad), and our most famous cocktail, The Farmer’s Daughter, which was made for Marilee.

Inside Tip

Stop by the Tasting Room when the weather’s warm and ask for The Farmer’s Daughter by name. It’s our signature summer cocktail, and if the cucumber vodka’s on the shelf, take a bottle home—it tends to disappear fast.
