Meet the Pepper Guy

Greg, the guy behind it all, is a true pepper connoisseur. He’s been at it for nearly a decade, both raising peppers and sourcing them from local farms like Quail Hill, Amber Waves, and Balsam Farms to create something bold, balanced, and packed with flavor.

Springs Fireplace doesn't sell individual peppers – just pure, pepper-packed sauces and salsas. Greg’s lineup includes two award winners - the Tesuque hot sauce and the Salsa Roja – both sold at the distillery, and the salsa is also available as a snack accompanying our chips.
