In the early days, we kept it simple, supplying farm-fresh produce to any restaurant nearby. Yama Q and Almond were among the first.

Now, we're seeing more chefs and owners truly committed to sourcing locally. You'll find our asparagus at Highway, our potatoes at TownLine, our tomatoes at Lulu's.
