Loaves & Fishes has been part of Sagaponack since 1980.
My grandmother Anna Pump started it, my mom Sybille carried it on, and now I’m managing.
I brought back my own sourdough, butchery training, and time at Le Cordon Bleu to keep us evolving while staying true to what makes us special.
For me, it’s all about real food made from scratch. Our menu changes every week so locals never get bored but can always find their favorites.
Think $100/lb lobster salad that’s truly worth it, our famous grilled chicken and curry chicken salads, schnitzel, sesame noodles, ziti pasta salad, and of course the molten, must-have brownie pudding.
It’s family through and through here. We have staff who’ve been with us for over 30 years. Customers aren’t just customers—they’re old friends. Even my daughter is our door greeter now — making it four generations growing up in this shop.
Menus change every week, so there’s always something new — but don’t skip dessert. The brownie pudding is essential for chocolate lovers.
