Come by Marileeās Farmstand this Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm for the star of the show at the farmstand: fresh salad greens.
While we're still waiting on sugar snaps and cucumbers ā the cold weather means we're in a bit of a lull ā the greens are thriving. It's a rabbitās dream right now with a house-blended salad mix of spinach, arugula, mustard greens and little lettuces.
What makes these greens sing? The soil. Itās Sagaponack soil doing what Sagaponack soil does best ā making ordinary greens taste like something you havenāt had in decades. Read more in the card below.
