After our cheese stop in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, we wandered into a lovely little shop called Wanderlustre, and I fell in love immediately. It’s one of those stores that carries everything you don’t know you need — homeware, decor, silk robes, and printed pajamas you’ll want to live in.
Their pajama section was especially cute — leopard print sets by Print Fresh, a husband-and-wife brand I’d heard about from a friend.
They also carried floaty silk kimono-style cover-ups by One Hundred Stars, which were light, beautiful, and hard to leave behind.
There were also charming details throughout the store — glass butter dishes, matching citrus squeezers and measuring cups, and elegant dinner napkins made in Georgia.
The light fixtures are gorgeous. The owner told me they’re from Arteriors, and I made a note to keep that in my design files. Worth the visit for those alone.
