A former teacher turned full-time painter, McDaid’s Lady Paintings began as a personal tribute following the tragic loss of a student. Since then, her work has struck a chord with collectors, with over 16,000 pieces sold worldwide.

At this year’s Affordable Art Fair in NYC, her booth was a must-visit, drawing crowds of buyers eager to take home one of her signature pop-lady portraits—ranging from US$100 to $6,000.
