Originally a staff snack at The Beacon, the tuna tostada was too good not to serve. It’s a crispy corn tortilla with poblano cream, guacamole, and rare-seared yellowfin tuna, chilled and sliced. A little chopped lettuce on top, then a mix of sauces drizzled all over.
We jokingly call it stoner food sometimes. It’s the food you gotta have. Order it with a Ruby Rita cocktail — a perfect pairing.
