You're driving along and don't know what to listen to? I have like six podcasts that I stay in the realm of, and they always post things every day. Where I get a lot of this woo-woo kind of weird stuff from is a guy named Dave Asprey. I've been listening to him for a long time, and he's known as the father of biohacking.

Tuning In

His show is very interesting. He's always got scientists on, and anything that he is doing or anything that he wants to tell people about, he tests it on himself first for a while, sees if it works, gets the scientist or doctor that is having success with it on the show, and they talk about it. It's really interesting to learn about, and it's not just health stuff - a lot of this is about quantum physics.

Quantum Leaps

Should people take the podcast with a grain of salt? I feel like anything should be taken with a grain of salt. The way I like to look at it is, we're in this world where you don't know anything with 100% certainty anymore. So I feel like everything is advice. But it's just interesting and enlightening.
