Sagaponack Farm Distillery is a true farm-to-bottle operation located just a mile from the Atlantic Ocean in Sagaponack, New York. Built on generations of family farming, the distillery uses estate-grown grains, potatoes, herbs, and botanicals – with a focus on sustainable practices, biodiversity, and flavor that reflects the land.

The distillery is deeply committed to quality over scale. Everything is grown with care – no herbicides, no GMOs, and a deep respect for the soil. Their process is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and creativity – often blending old-world traditions with modern techniques.

They source everything (with the one exception of juniper berries) that goes into the making of the spirits from their own fields. From heirloom tomatoes to Peter Wilcox potatoes, from chamomile and lemon peel to rye grown on coastal fields, it’s all part of a bigger agricultural vision: spirits that taste of place.

Signature Products

🌾 Whiskeys

Empire Rye – Made with 94% Sagaponack-grown rye and 6% malted barley. Deep, spicy, smooth, with unexpected notes of cocoa and vanilla.

Bourbon – Made with Silvermine corn, malted rye, and barley. Aged over five years, with warm notes of cherry, caramel, and vanilla.

Summer Whiskey – An oat-and-barley whiskey made for warm nights and beach fires. Light, mellow, with notes of cherry, brown sugar, and honey.

🥔 Vodkas

Original Potato Vodka – Estate-grown Katahdin potatoes. Creamy, earthy, rich – a martini must.

Wheat Vodka – Grown a quarter mile from the Atlantic. Neutral yet subtly sweet, with grassy and oceanic undertones. Great on its own or in mixed drinks.

Cucumber Vodka – Infused with handpicked Sagaponack-grown cucumbers. Refreshing and herbal – perfect for summer cocktails like the signature Farmer’s Daughter (with grapefruit, lime, and chili).

🍋 Gin Collection

American Gin – Floral and bright, with estate-grown chamomile, ginger, and lemon peel.

Barrel Finished Gin – The same gin rested in whiskey barrels for six months. Citrine-hued, mellow, and complex.

🌸 Rhubarb Liqueur

Made with rhubarb, local honey, and wheat vodka. Tart, slightly sweet, nostalgic – use it in a spritz, Negroni, or just with seltzer.

🌾 Aquavit

Caraway-forward and dill-heavy, this bold Nordic-style spirit is a personal favorite of their head distiller. Award-winning and excellent in Bloody Marys.

🥔 Single Spud Collection – Red, white, and blue potato spirits aged in whiskey barrels. Each one has its own character: earthy, fruity, creamy, spicy – totally different, totally unique.
