Family-Friendly and Fully Equipped

Sagg Main is ideal for wedding parties, families, and anyone who wants the real-deal Hamptons beach day: safe, scenic, and well-serviced.

It’s the most accessible spot from Bridgehampton with all the amenities in place. But once noon hits, finding a parking space is a toss-up.

Pick up something fresh before heading to Sagg Main. 

Loaves & Fishes is our favorite — they’re part of The Bridgehampton Inn family!

Their open-faced sandwiches and curry chicken salad are go-to's, and their grilled chicken salad, sesame noodle, and broccoli salad trio travels beautifully, too. 

For something more casual, L&W Market offers a rotating menu of standout sandwiches, plus strong Wi-Fi if you’re pausing before the beach. 

Round Swamp Farm is a smart grab-and-go stop too, especially if you want berries, prepared meals, or a beach-friendly bite with a healthy slant.

Your Bridgehampton Inn guest beach pass also works at Flying Point Beach and Long Beach — each with a very different vibe. 

Flying Point is better for adults — it’s quieter, doesn’t have lifeguards or concessions, and parking is a bit easier. 

Long Beach, on the other hand, is ideal for families: shallow bay waters, lifeguards, bathrooms, and the occasional ice cream truck.
