Rosieās brunch staple is a dreamy stack of egg, havarti cheese, avocado, and (if you want) house-made turkey sausage ā but the real star is the Aardvark Aioli.
This Oregon-born hot sauce came into our life on a cross-country road trip and never left. I asked every local in the different small towns we visited what their favorite thing from Oregon was and 9 out of 10 said Aardark.
The packaging and branding are awesome too because it looks like an aardvark that was drawn by, in my opinion, a 90s Macintosh clip art program or something like that. So the aioli came into our lives and never left.
You can also get the breakfast burrito or the Oshie Bowl (rice, black beans, scrambled egg, pico de gallo, corn, guacamole, lime crema, and pickled jalapeno).
All amazing with the Aardark Aioli.
Ask for extra Aardvark Aioli ā you wonāt regret it. And if youāre not a meat eater, the egg sandwich still holds its own without the sausage.
And we open at 10am for brunch, Thursdays to Sundays.
