Groups of 10 or fewer can reserve the Southampton studio for an exclusive session. 

For larger gatherings, Shadowbox founder Amanda Duckstein brings the experience to vacation rentals or event venues, with participants providing their own mats while Shadowbox supplies available props and equipment.

Tailored Intensity 

Each private session is customized to the group's specific needs and energy levels. Whether guests need gentle recovery after a weekend of celebrations or prefer a challenging workout, Shadowbox adapts accordingly.

This personalized approach ensures everyone feels comfortable, including prenatal participants or those new to Pilates, while delivering the experience the host envisions.

To complement the workout, Shadowbox offers an optional Alpina Swiss Bakery green juice package.

About Amanda

After teaching Pilates for 15 years, Amanda created Shadowbox Pilates to return to Joseph Pilates' original vision of control, precision, and core-focused movement. 

Her Southampton studio features specialized wooden reformers with towers and jump boards, while her popular Shadowbox in the Wild series brings classes to iconic locations like Gurney's oceanfront deck and Wölffer Wine Stand.

Amanda Duckstein lives and enjoys life on the East End after many years in New York City.
