Armin & Judy’s Bakery in Bridgehampton is your destination for artisan breads, classic croissants, and French-inspired grocery staples you won’t find elsewhere. 

Our exclusive, small-batch approach means each visit offers something special — from signature sourdoughs and baguettes to curated pantry items like tinned fish and premium butters. Pair it with top-notch coffee and unwind outside if you like. 

And if you’re buying baguettes to take home, buy two. Customers are known to eat at least one on the car ride home.

Our daily offerings showcase the best of artisanal baking.

The selection varies but centers around our signature sourdough (regular, walnut raisin, and seeded), baguettes with a distinctive poolish fermentation, and a variety of croissants (traditional, ham and cheese, almond, chocolate, almond-chocolate, and pain au raisin). 

We also have focaccia with sea salt and rosemary, and creating that challenging Breton classic, the Kouign-Amann.

Come early for it all — stock is limited and locals know to beat the rush.
