Strategically located between Southampton and Montauk, we've become not just a destination but a natural gathering point for visitors exploring the Hamptons. This central location makes us the perfect pause in your coastal journey.

Beyond our baked offerings and French grocery items, we've cultivated something truly special — a secluded picnic area by Little Long Pond where the rhythms of city life as you come for your Hamptons weekend dissolve into memory. 

Our secret retreat offers a reprieve from life’s hustle and bustle.

It is a place to sip a latte or a rosé in a picturesque pond and garden setting with delectable homemade breads and patisseries and more.

Our Daily Offerings

Our daily offerings showcase the best of artisanal baking. The selection varies but centers around our signature sourdough (regular, walnut raisin, and seeded), baguettes with a distinctive poolish fermentation, and a variety of croissants (traditional, ham and cheese, almond, chocolate, almond-chocolate, and pain au raisin). We're also developing focaccia with sea salt and rosemary, and creating that challenging Breton classic, the Kouign-Amann.

Our Culinary Evolution

Beyond the baked goods, we serve exceptional coffee by Aneri, particularly espresso that pairs perfectly with our pastries, and we're evolving to include light bites, sandwiches, and salads using locally sourced ingredients. 

The shop also features a curated selection of culinary sundries — premium tinned fish, high-quality butter, and other specialty items that complement our baked goods and enhance the home dining experience.

For us, both bread and coffee represent a philosophy of living.

As pioneers in the New York City restaurant scene with an in the know only vibe — and whimsical ideas of how a 60's-style Parisian bistro and a Adriatic Sea coastline taverna sensibility could coexist — Armin and Judy have ushered in a wave of clean Mediterranean living in the Hamptons. 

Located on Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton, the Armin & Judy Bakery is a Riviera-inspired rendez-vous that focuses on the purity of ingredients, seasonal abundance, imaginative techniques, and of course, love of art.
